WHAT I WORE THIS WEEK: August 12-18

Definitely did not plan this, but I stuck to a lot of crisp white tones and neutrals. The main objectives: to stay cool in this hot Toronto summer, and to be comfy. Here’s what I wore last week!

On Sunday I took my off-white converse for a spin. Kept the ‘fit pretty simple with just a Brandy Melville long-sleeve and biker shorts combo. My vintage Prada backpack just arrived in the mail too which I was pumped about! It’s the perfect addition to any atheleisure look.

Confession: I’m really into headbands again. The photo on the right was from a casual dim sum. Left: a day out to edit a video. These cargo pants are actually from the Gap Kids boys section in a teenager size. They are the perfect alternative to sweats when you don’t want to look to sloppy.

Leopard was a trend all summer – and I decided to give this tube top one last hurrah before putting it away for the fall. Sarah and I got our hair done at a Marc Anthony event – and this blowout lasted 4 entire days! These white denim from Agolde are also sooo perfect. I love their slouchy fit and rips at the knees.

IWe also managed to stop by the Rose Picnic last week, which had a “suggested” pink and white dress code. My inspiration? The Backstreet Boys Millenium cover (hahaha).

Put on this outfit as another option for the Rose picnic – but ended up going with the pants! All in all, another memorable week in the books.
